Beauty Point OOSH uses an online enrolment and booking system called Xplor. The service made this decision in 2018 in an effort to reduce our paper consumption, and also to streamline our administration processes.


If you would like to enrol your child, follow the following link -

The above link will take you to our online platform, Xplor. You will be able to fill out all necessary information, as well as upload key documents.


In order to finalise your enrolment, please ensure that you upload to Xplor -

  • Immunisation History Statement (available as a .pdf file from your online Medicare account, linked to MyGov)

  • Copy of your child's birth certificate

  • Fill out your child's CRN, and the CRN of the parent that is linked to the child

  • Double check DOB information - if this information is incorrect, your child's enrolment will not 'Formalise' with Centrelink, and you will not receive any CCS that you may be entitled to

  • If your child has a medical condition or allergy (eg. asthma or anaphylaxis), please upload an updated Action Plan



Once the service has received your completed enrolment, Xplor will send you an email to set up your Parent Portal.


You must include your Direct Debit details via the Parent Portal.



From the Parent Portal, you can approve the Complying Written Agreement, or CWA. You will then need to log in to your MyGov account and approve the enrolment there. Once this process is complete, you will be able to receive any Child Care Subsidy, or CCS, that you are entitled to.


Child Care Subsidy and the Complying Written Agreement

Many families who use our service are eligible for Child Care Subsidy (CCS). In order to access CCS, there is an application process via Centrelink. If you have applied for CCS, and are not receiving it, you may like to check these details with me -
  • Parent DOB
  • Parent CRN
  • Child DOB
  • Child CRN
Things you may like to check with Centrelink - 
  • Does your family meet the activity test
  • Does your family meet the income test
Once these details are all correct, Beauty Point OOSH will issue you a Complying Written Agreement (CWA).
The CWA needs to be approved by you, via your online Xplor account. It needs to be approved by you again, with Centrelink, via your MyGov account. It may take 24 - 48 hours for your CWA to appear in your MyGov account.
As this service offers multiple sessions of care at varying rates, the sessions and rates displayed in your CWA may include any or all sessions we offer, such as -
  • Before School Care - $15
  • After School Care - $26
  • Vacation Care - as indicated in program (may vary due to activity)
These details do not affect your child's enrolment with us at OOSH.
A CWA is an agreement between the service and the family, for the service to give care in return for fees.
This does not mean that your child is booked in to attend ASC every day - it simply means that these are sessions of care offered, at that fee. Agreeing means you agree to the fee schedule.
If you accept a CWA similar to above - you will still have access to BSC and Vacation Care for booking and CCS purposes. 
The CWA does not need to reflect your child's regular bookings.
Xplor Parent Portal
CCS can be backdated, but only in the current financial year.
Using the Xplor Home App
Signing your child in and out, all casual bookings and Vacation Care Bookings are done using the Xplor Home App.
